If the other room already has an active connection point, you can do it yourself.If not, you will need to get Virgin Media to do this. There would be a charge of £99 for this service.

If the new box is not a TiVO, then the card from the old box goes into the new one (TiVO boxes no longer require a viewing card). If you have rung the activation number then the new box should work.
