I'd like to help checkout the sound issue you're reporting to us. I have taken an initial look at your box remotely, currently I wasn't able to establish a connection to check the signal levels.
In the meantime can you please let me know if your box is currently powered on? If so, can you also let me know if the same happens when your audio equipment isn't connected?
There is one other thing you can check if you don't mind? Can you please have a look at the audio settings? You can do this by following these steps:
HOME > HELP & SETTINGS > SETTINGS > AUDIO > DOLBY DIGITAL > OPTIONS: DOLBY DIGITAL OR DOLBY DIGITAL TO PCM
Can you please let me know which is currently selected?
