Same here a loyal customer for over 15 years, but it is very clear that VM's focus has moved away from great customer service & focusing on retaining core loyal customers and switched to a churn model focusing on new customers. It's a shame really, but looks like i'm off
I get switching business models to grow revenues, but the obvious and awful new customer service model of not answering the phone & when they do offering no help and being ignorant & not calling you back as promised being safe in the knowledge that a majority of customers will just give up is awful!!
