You can watch previous episodes of current series, via catchup, but boxsets are previous series.

TV guide problem

I recorded the accident on channel 4 tonight, then when I went to wAtch it, it hadn’t recorded and for some reason the TV guide was showing secret life of the zoo at the time the accident was on so didn’t record. Very strange any suggestions?

no I fixed the problem myself by disconnecting to the network and reconnecting and then doing a refresh and reboot.

TiVo TCP ports 80 and 7288 need to be opened

I have a TiVo box connected via a Cat 5e EtherNet cable to my Superhub 2. When I run Network Diagnostics, the Port Configuration Test fails and reports that TCP ports 80 and 7288 need to be opened.

I am aware that the TiVo box has its own network connection in addition to the one to my SuperHub 2 so I can't be sure where the issue is but the suggestion from the error message is that it is with my SuperHub 2 router settings.

The TV guide for BBC1 has been set up incorrectly for today, it’s currently showing the schedule for the BBC news channel on the TV guide.

I am getting error code W02 with some of my channels. 

Ive called the customer service number and that sent a signal to my box and told me to reset it but that didn’t work. How can this be fixed?

That test should not be given any credence.

What problem are you actually having?

I have moved your post to a new thread due to the age of the old one which is no doubt resolved.

Missing channels is usually a signal issue requiring a tech visit to your property.

A Forum Team member should be along shortly & will be able to follow this up.

By calling again and asking for an engineer visit to fix the problem which is likely due to a signal problem.

I presume you have checked Service Status and there is no area fault?

Here is a response that I personally received from the BBC pertaining to the sound issue from a case that I initially raised with them.

We have received a number of similar reports from viewers in your area and this is something that we have been investigating.

We have identified what was causing the issue and we believe that this should now be solved.

Episodes are not appearing am on ep:14 and it will not let me watch any other other then that. Thank you
