My TiVo has been updating for 2 days & still in stage 1 of 3, why & how can I resolve this as I want to watch tv

Because the iPlayer service started as Catch Up only, it's that content that links into the TiVo menus. Where the BBC add series as Box Sets - like the older Line of Duty shows, these don't show up at the moment.
If you go into the iPlayer app first via the Red Button or via Apps & Games, you should be able to search and find individual episodes.
I had wondered why that happened. Thanks Ben. I assume that given the old catch-up for the decommissioned old (non-Tivo-based) boxes is disappearing this will change?

The Channel Guide published on 1st May is for the packages VM were selling before this change. The line-up there is for the Old "Full House" they are no longer selling to new customers, not the New "Full House" they have just started selling.
Fun Package is an old package they discontinued selling a few months ago.
That Channel Guide is wrong for the Player line-up too, it changed at the same time as the New Full House package was introduced. The change of it was that 22 channels were moved down onto it and made available to more customers, these being channels that are available on Freeview and FreeSat.

Hi,
the picture is poor on the sky sports channels 512-520 (premier league, f1, golf etc) and some of the screen is missing on the side for example the scores on the side the last letters are missing off the team nearest the side of the tv screen. I have checked all the different screen settings and nothing fixes it....any ideas?
Have you disabled overscan and, if not, do so.
Can you post as photo of the TV screen.

You'll need to hunt around your documentation and screen menus. Basically you are looking to turn off the default in many TVs where the extreme edges are cut off. This article is helpful.

This has been happening with BT Sport 3 for over two weeks
Is there a reason that the On Demand choice for Sky One has a lot less choice than Sky Go\Catch up on Sky TV Box.
As a fairly new TV customer I was told by VM customer services that I would still have access to Sky On Demand and wouldn't notice any difference on the Virgin Service.
We are looking for Supergirl Season 3 but this it does not seem to be available on the VM On demand service.
Luckily my Sky Go works for another week and I can try and catch up but is the Sky On Demand service a lesser one through VM?
Has anybody had there issue resolved after listing there issue on this page?

your best bet is to call retentions (150-1-1-4 thinking of leaving) to grab a deal as customer service won’t give you a deal.
