They sky agreement with Virgin was from May 2014- May 2019, to show content, it ran out yesterday.

I put 501 on & I get Sky Sports Main Event HD, in HD. VMs NIT systems cannot put different versions of the channels on the same channel number on different boxes, so you cannot get the SD version where the HD should be.
Its possible there may be a local headend issue, as all my HD channels are where they should be.

Do you get the HD skysports part of the logo in the top right hand corner i'd be fascinated to know or is it without like the SD streams?
My Sports channels are in HD in Area 30
My channels show HD too on the menu, but look at the skysports logos in the right corner they are showing the SD streams, virgin do not have sky's permission for the HD the contract ran out yesterday
Sky has removed the "HD" from all their channel logos, even on Sky itself.

The channels are still HD and you should be able to tell from the picture quality if your TV is set up correctly.

Please tell me you didn't mistake an HD picture for SD just because the "HD" logo hd been removed?.... Flicking between the HD & SD channel clearly shows a difference!!
I don't mean this nastily, really I don't, but if you're paying the £7 Sports HD charge for a logo then you're wasting your money!!

All HD channels available where they should be with the correct logos in the Home Counties part of Area 31.
One report of your type of issue from area 22 (don’t know where that is). Are you in the same area? If you are then you need to call faults.
New to Line of Duty and working way through previous Series.
Except for Series 1 Episode 1 I have not been offered the BBC iPlayer option at any time. I do not want Netflix so every time I have to pull up Series 1 Episode 1, then once it starts playing I scroll down to 'View all 25 episodes', then move to whichever episode I want.
What a pain!
As the whole thing IS available on iPlayer, why don't I ever get the option of iPlayer? Only ever Netflix.
The on screen logos no longer include "HD" from 1st May but this is the same on all platforms including Sky.

Have Virgin TV UHD4K since 2017 working fine until recent Easter Holiday. At the beginning it started freezing for some time and totally gone off. We tried all switching on and off. Disconnecting and connecting back. Checked the cables. Still it stuck on Srating up. WiFi is working.
