Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing some issues with your set top box.
I appreciate it's been a few days since you posted this message so apologies for that. I've run some checks and your set top box is showing as offline, this could be down to the fault, or could be that it is currently powered off.
If you are still experiencing this issue, please power off the box, then disconnect the white coax cable again. Re-insert making sure that all cables are fitted in as tightly as possible by hand, then power on the box again.
