Any TV box that is not a TiVO can be taken to a recycling centre for disposal. The same goes for the internet hubs, with the exception of the Superhub 3.

If these are added via the phone, they should be almost instantanious. Try rebooting your TV box, & if that dosen't activate the channels, give them another call.
