Terrible service for weeks now.
Paying for full XL package but pixelated or missing HD Channels with error W02 message. My wife took the day off work for engineer visit only to be told it was an area fault. Channels back for a week and gone again today. Premium cost HD sports channels missing on a weekend at the business end of the football season. Anyone else receiving such a shocking level of service?
