Firstly I'd like to start by welcoming you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing problems with both your broadband and TV since the off.
I've done some testing from this end and can see that there is another technician due to call out. I am so sorry to hear that things have yet to be resolved.
