I have had 2 engineer visits in the last week. The first visit saw the faulty STB replaced with another faulty box. The second visit to replace the first faulty box resulted in the engineer showing up without a box. The third visit is planned for tomorrow can you ensure this visit results in a engineer with a box showing up. It is obviously inconvenient waiting for a four hour slot and a waste of my time if the problem is not fixed !!
