I've located your account to run some tests and we're not detecting any issues with the line from our end at the moment, I hope that means that the service is working as it should?

Hi  I can't see that virgin's  engineers would be equipped or allowed scale a high rise block of flats, the best thing is to ask other residents if they have virgin's services, and would be sceptical about renders knowledge of wiring.Regards Micky

I’m lookin at gettin a second TiVo 500gb box in my bedroom. I’m currently subscribed to the full house bundle. What would be the upfront cost of this and also what would I be paying extra a month for the multiroom service? Thanks in advance

You're looking at a £14.99 upfront cost and £7.50 per month. If you don't already have one, might be worth looking into getting the V6 as your main box and moving the TiVo to your bedroom. A V6 only costs £20 if you're on Full House, and the monthly fees are the same as TiVo.

I recommended a family member to Virgin media but because she rang them.instead of clicking on the email or answered their call they said she cannot claim the £50 cashback and I cannot get the £50 for recommending. The only way was to cancel installation which she did not want to do as she could not wait any longer for tv and internet. Is there anything I can Do?

My box is stuck on starting up

I switched my TiVo box off accidently at the wall and is now stuck on starting up. I've tried 3 times to get it on. I have 2 red lights on the rhs of the box and 2 green lights on the left hand side. This this it's been over 20 mins and it won't turn on... help!

I would recommend speaking to the customer service team regarding this.

 

You can reach them on on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and they should be able to help you further.

TiVo box message ' preparing channel information'

cant watch tv!!  Any suggestions to help

BT Sport channels

Hi

All the BT Sports HD channels are displaying fine and i can watch the Champions League games; the problem is when I press the red button to watch the other games which are not on HD. These channels stutter and are all pixelated. 

I have already restarted the Tivo Box and checked the status of connection which is fine. I am about to cancel the subscription with Virgin.

The Red Button channels are broadcast as linear channels & not taken from the internet, so the status may show as fine when there are still signal issues in the TV part of the system. Give faults a call & they can run some tests.

TV every now and then pixelates and it is also on the tivo box if I record the program, I have checked and double checked the connections turned off the Tivo box disconnected the router and the same has happened. I check to see if there is any faults and nothing show up in our area, I should however get into contact with virgin over this, but seem to have to try and sort out if it is this end first.

Has anyone experienced the similar problems or can actually help me
