IMG_0323 (2).JPGIMG_0323 (3).JPGThis problem still going on, despite yesterday Virgin saying work was going on in my area. Whatever they were doing, it hasn't worked! BT Sport2 HD has been like this now for months! (see photos) This was the picture a few minutes ago.Completely unwatchable. Two engineers not been able to solve it. Every test under the sun done, no joy! Getting to the point now where I am losing patience. No-one seem too bothered about it either, judging by the amount of posts on here regarding pixilation on seemingly all channels. Happy to take the subscription every month thoughSmiley Mad Area 31. It’s all standard definition channels any catch up tv not in HD all poor quality. 

Im using 4K Samsung tv and never had a problem with sky channels so don’t know if this is normal for virgin or there is something wrong.

There is an issue affecting all channels at the moment I believe .Call customer services so they know you're affected and you should get a partial refund.

Disappearing box sets

Hi I am more than half way through the Grey's anatomy box sets currently on series 10 but when going on to watch an episode today series 7 to 10 have gone, series 1 to 6 and 11 to 15 are still there. Can I ask why?!

Did you manage to check if there's any issues with any of your recordings or catch up content? 

Are the cables secured tightly in the back of the boxes? 

If so then we'll need to have a closer look at your account so let us know Smiley Happy

Hi thank you for getting back to me the problem I was having with the Error Code OVP_00005 seems to have righted itself and I think the problem was that everytime I tried to log in with my Virgin password the sky password was trying to take over but it is now working fine thank you for your help.

Error code ES004

Virginia media store works until 9pm on my TV package.  Then I get error code ES004 after 9pm when your help line is closed.  This occurs every night for the past 8 nights. I can watch on my computer. I can watch on my phone.  I cannot watch on my TV.

I am experiencing pixellation and distorted images when watching items recorded on channels 103, 104 and 101. Watching The Bay this evening and it was totally ruined by this. I live in the Edinburgh area (EH6)

Now experiencing odd sound blips on my V6 box. It is distracting when watching a movie on Sky Movies. VM can you check my levels please to see if there is any potential change. Thks

Because the agreement between Virgin and the rights holder of the show has expired and they have had to be removed.

They will probably be back at some point.

It usually tells you somewhere when a show it available to.

Hi Cue ball 99,

This would be understandable (though still incredibly frustrating)if the whole lot had gone, but to still have the first 6 and last 4 of the series available makes no sense at all. Surely there could have been some kind of information put up warning  when these were going to be removed! It feels like months of watching this shows have been wasted to be honest.

To be fair, all VOD programs that are coming up for removal have a "this is available until xyz" message on the final screen before "play now" - this goes for CatchUp & boxsets.

ALL SERVICES DOWN CODE (W02). ironically self test says my equipment is off or disconnected when there is a VM service status of all services DOWN. I urge all VM customers to register that their service is down to get service credits on their bills.

Fix time is1630 - WHAT? This is ridiculous I am moving to Sky or BT IM TOTALLY FEED UP WITH VM. they didn't even try to notify me voluntarily.

This is true and my fault no doubt for not looking at them all individually, but as I said before why start disappearing from the middle of a box set and not the earliest episodes first or is it just me that likes to watch them in the proper order?
