Call 150 or 0345 454 1111 options 1-1-4-5 "thinking of leaving" then “technical issues” – (They are open Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and on Saturday from 8am - 6pm. - 08.01 is best!) you have a better chance of getting a UK call centre (it might still be a 30’+ wait though) who will be more understanding and helpful. Tell them you are planning to leave for Sky because the SkyQ box is better than the Tivo (find out the Sky price before you call) - and as it’s their job to keep customers they will offer you an upgraded package with a V6 for signing a new annual contract. Then you just need to be happy with the cost of the package. Be clear before you commit whether they are levying any one off costs (can be £99 for a straight swap + £20 activation fee). If you don't get a "good deal" just say NO thanks, and call back another day - another agent !

I will have had virgin 38 days on Tuesday and I've still not heard anything about my free tv😓 No emails or calls to say it's getting delivered. Can someone look into this for me?
Engineers don't turn up.
Can't see what board this should be in. But whatever. Why don't these Engineers take a communication course? Waited in all day. Not a sign of the Engineer turning up. No text, phone call, email. Nothing! Totally useless.

I keep losing the sound on my tv. It is ok on HD channels but not others. I have to turn the tv and router off and on again to reset it and get the sound back which is so frustrating when recording as you miss a chunk of the shows. It’s happening more and more

We love the old comedies on UKTV Gold but for the past few months they've not been broadcast in widescreen. They used to be. Anybody know why? TIA

It's because Gold is now broadcast in HD only.
No signal for BT sport 2hd or sport 2
I have no signal for Bt Sport hd2 and Bt Sport 2. Anyone have and suggestions what could be wrong?

Hi also looking if Virgin would ever cable my new street, I've had virgin fibre and now moving to a road that has terrible fibre due to length from exchange. Would it be beneficial to ask everyone on the road to register for cable my street?

Thanks for answering my question, although I'm puzzled as to why I'm not viewing it in HD. It's just the normal picture with black borders down each side. Is there a HD channel I should be tuned into?

You should be tuned into channel 124. Programmes are screened in their original screen format.
At present the vast majority of programmes are screened in the 4:3 format which shows on screen with black bars on either side of the picture.
Picture Quality
I am suffering from Picture Break Up or Pixelation which is worse on some Channels more than others, I have Reset my Box, checked connections etc but the situation remains the same....any help please.
Loss of channels
Hi all, I'm having severe problems with my TV channels, for the past 24/48 hours I've not been able to watch most channels on TV as they are either glimping or a message comes with error code W02, I've tried ringing the helpline but the call mysteriously cuts off, I've tried everything that I can think of to rectify the issue, as I'm paying a lot of money each month for the service I'd like to think this sort of situation would be sorted sooner rather than later, any advice would be greatly received 👌🏻👌🏻

Assuming you have checked Service Status and your issue is not on there, you will have to persevere either with the phone or webchat as a response on here can take around a week at times, as this is not the primary support system.

Pixelation on Live TV is generally caused by signal issues which will likely require a visit to your home to resolve.
You should report your fault by phone as it can take a week or so to get a response here. 150 if you have a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111.
