Missing episodes On Demand

On ITV collection there was all the seasons for Hell's kitchen USA but now there's only 5 seasons, 1 of which doesn't really count as its not a full season, it has 4 random episodes.

I want to know why the seasons have been removed and why seasons are not complete.

We have Gold HD on channel 124 & Gold +1 on channel 190. I cannot find ‘ordinary ‘ Gold anywhere. Does anyone know if it’s around or not on channel lists?

Thank you very much.

James.

Gold SD is no longer available. It made way for Gold HD.

Both Gold & Freesports are no longer available in SD.

You are likely to see this happening more & more now.

The majority of TV sets are now HD & simulcasting in SD costs money.

That will be another reason for them to increase the price HD should be standard now and should not incur an extra cost.

I am reliably informed by Virgin on a regular basis that my broadband has been upgraded from 50Mbp to 100Mbp! This was to have taken place some months ago and yet I still get no more than 50Mbp. I spoke with two of your customer support colleagues over the phone, with the first telling me rather rudely that if I wanted the whole 100Mbp I would have to do it through a wire when it states quite clearly on the Virgin website that I should be receiving 100mbp wirelessly.

I have been receiving 50Mbp uninterrupted for some years now wirelessly and would expect the same if I were getting 100Mbp without the use of a wire.

If I lived in the Outer Hebrides then perhaps a wire would be logical but as it stands I live in Edinburgh.

Thank you for replying to my original question and any help you could give in this matter would be gratefully appreciated.

HI

When watching HAYU it crashes constantly taking me back to the start and then have to go through the long winded process to get back to the programme. Only had it since Sunday and ot very happy that it keeps stopping half way though shows!

Is this a common issue?

Are you actually reading what’s been said?

I understand that Superhub 2 can handle 100Mb.

What is being doubted here, until you prove otherwise by some simple steps, is whether YOUR equipment, your PCs, are capable of speeds approaching 100Mb.

You will have to call CS to report it as a fault and see what they say.

Is it a tivo or V6?  Try switching it off and unplugging from the mains for 5 minutes.  Then try it again.  If it still doesnt start up, you should call it in to CS as a fault and see what they say.

Where is My5

According to Radio Times there is a movie available on My5 until the end of the month. It comes under the heading of "Free To View."

It's obviously an on-demand channel but there's no mention of it on Virgin. When I use the search criteria for the movie (Watership Down) I am referred to Virgin's pay-for movies.

Any ideas?

Watership Down may be available available within the standard Channel 5 catch-up service (it is on Sky).

Hi - it has now been well over a month and the problem still exists. I have had no contact from any team or member of staff to advise when I can expect the problem to be resolved. Meanwhile, even though my account has been noted that I have restricted access to the channels I should have, I have been billed my full amount for the month, which I find unacceptable.

Please can you arrange for someone to investigate this problem AGAIN and contact me as soon as possible. I refuse to call using the local call rate number as I feel that this will add even more expense to me and I do not have a landline telephone to call on 150.

I look forward to your response as soon as possible.
