I have recently found my TV bill too expensive to pay. I would like to remove some of package to make the remainder of my contract more affordable. However, I have been told that any removal I make would then renew me to another 12month contract which in my financial situation I am not sure I can afford to agree with just yet.
My question is whether or not I have been informed correctly by Virgin Customer Sevices that a removal of a service will automatically enrol me in a new 12 month contract?
