phoned virgin couple of weeks ago to advise of loss of most of hd channels and some regular channels - pay for the big kahuna package so not cheap and was told signal weak and engineer will go to the main box to sort. received email asking how i felt about my call. phoned today as no sky 2 and sky 1hd now, to ask what's happening to be told no record of my call!!!!!!! customer services insisted on sending a technician to my home to sort even though there's no fault on our equipment. last time this happened took months to sort. will not wait as long this time. have been pricing up sky and bt packages and guess what will be paying same as i currently do so one more chance to sort won't be waiting so long this time then its off to sky.
