The TV interface + remote controlling are not very practical or intuitive. This has been a problem for some time of course ... but now the whole thing is also very slow to react which makes the whole experience very annoying.
You need to click 5 or 6 times before getting anywhere. A very simple example: swapping TV to program TV menu is not natural as you get back to the top not to the channel you are currently watching! All is a bit like that.
