I'd like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the forums, and say that I'm sorry to hear that one of your set top boxes is acting a little strange at the moment.
I've done some testing and can see no explanation for this, so I've just sent some signals down the line in order to restore things for you.
Please allow up to 24 hours for these signal to complete, however in the majority of cases these only take a couple of hours. Should you still be experiencing this fault, please let me know if you get any error code when trying to view anything, and if so what the error code is.
