How to get out of contract?

TV never works - I get error c130 and c133 and one other I can't remember of the top of my head, maybe 173 every night. I ring to get it sorted and it gets sorted and then breaks again! I have tried to cancel the package but am told that unless I have 3 engineer visits in a month then I can't. How do I get an engineer visit? I ring up and either am left on hold for too long or I get through and they somehow rectify it, or it rectifies by the time I get an answer. It happens every night. I hate the service!!! I just want to cancel it. Any advice?
