At a bit of a loss here. Woke up this morning to a huge increase in my Virgin bill. I only have the basic package and was charged over double my usual monthly rate. When I delved deeper my bill claimed at the end of July that I had added Sky Sports 1, Sky Sports 2 and Box Nation to my package. I live alone and have no interest in sport whatsoever, I even had to Google what Boxnation was. I have called Virgin twice and explained the situation (They must be able to tell nobody has ever tuned into those channels). I have been told in no uncertain terms that if I live alone that I have added them to my package via PIN on my box (Never used a PIN on my box for anything either?) I am entitled to nothing and good day pretty much. No interest whatsoever.
I literally have no idea how to resolve this. I 100% have not added them to my package nor have the few people that have visited.
Having been spoken to the way I was earlier and basically made to feel like I must have head a memory lapse in life where I had the urge to watch cricket and boxing I will be calling back in due time and cancelling my subscription completely.
I have had callw over the last few months trying ti sell me add ons such as sports and movies etc but everytime I have said no thanks not interested ans put the phone down.
I 100% did not add those channels. Can they do this?
Calling them seems to get me nowhere!
