I've run some diagnostics on your equipment and I can see some issues with the signal coming into your box.
I can also see you've already got a technician booked to sort out your broadband. It's likely that the same signal issue is affecting both services.
I've added a note for the technician to take a look at both to make sure all issues get resolved.
