no 'red button' service on TV

Last 5 weeks have had no 'red button' service on TV, ( 'I Player', etc.) Phone 3 times using 150. Spoke to a person in GOA each time, not able to resolve problem. Had visit from Engineer on 8/8/16, who couldn't fix problem either. Have come to 'dead end', cannot contact Virgin Media no way. Shocking service !
