Netflix Feature!

Hey everyone! First post on here, sorry if this has been asked before, but everytime I go onto the Netflix app and start watching a film on the TiVo, after about half an hour a green light will start flashing on the actual box? And then the film would just freeze and load up to about 25% this has been happening quite a lot, I've tried resetting it from the back, resetting the modem but nothing! Any ideas on why this is? Much appreciated!
