Actual Cost of Broadband when Bundled with TV

Hi there,

I'm looking at the £60 a month Kahuna with 200mbps fibre broadband package. 
I expense my broadband to work.

Standalone broadband is £45 a month and I understand that the monthly invoice/receipt will reflect this.

However I'm wondering what the cost of the 200mbps broadband is on the monthly invoice/receipt, both during the 9 month welcome price of £37 and after at the £60 a month. Is there a line-item for £45 still? Can any of you existing subscribers help me out?
