Welcome to the Community Forum and thank you for posting. I'm sorry that your On Demand and Catch Up aren't working--is this on a TiVo or V+ box? Apologies as well for the delay in getting back to you.
I've just run tests to your equipment and the TiVo checks out fine, but the V+ box shows offline, so if this is the box you are having problems with, power that on and let me know so that I can look into this for you.
