Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that you've not yet received any returns information or packs.
It's important that you try and get this equipment back as if the equipment isn't returned to us or it is returned damaged in any way then you could well be liable for the charges.
I have filled out an exceptions form and this will generate a returns pack to be sent to you. If you've not received it within 10 days, come back and let us know.
