Hi 0192laura,

 

Thank you for coming into the Community again and thank you for letting us know about the error 1060.

 

I am sorry that this has been going on and I'd like to help by checking the details on the connection. It looks like things are looking healthy on the box however there does seem to be some power level issues that would need adjusting on the broadband side.
