Hi i was wondering if any one could help. My friends Virgin internet has been disconnected and they have no access to a network. They were told it would take 72 hours when they phoned up and its been 4 days now. Does anyone no how much longer this will take because when the phone up the same is said were trying our best to get it working again. Many Thanks Dan
