Hi Nikita0133,

 

I hope you don't mind me asking but how many boxes do you have in the home? I've been into the TV services and whilst I've not been able to see anything outright with an issue, I was able to see that the broadband isn't showing the right level on the upstreams power levels.

 

I would like to send out an engineer as this would need to be looked into and the TV services can have a look over whilst in the process Smiley Happy
