I'm sorry to hear that your V+ box is rebooting frequently. I wanted to op by and help out here.
I have taken a look at the box remotely and all signal levels are looking great right now. Can you please get back to me with the following information:
* How frequently will the box reboot?
* Has the power lead been checked to make sure it's plugged securely?
* Does this affect just the one box?
