The teams have come back to advise of the following:
Our gift processing team which is ‘Exertis’ are not receiving stock from Samsung until end of September. Once they gain the stock they will dispatch the gift as soon as possible. We apologised for the inconvenience and delay.
If you can pop back to us and let us know if the TV has not been delivered by the 10th of October, I can then escalate this back to the teams for you.
