Have ongoing problems with our TIVO box - sometimes can access the services but ONLY after performing a reset on the V6 and awaiting it to reboot then its not guaranteed to play any movies we have SKY on demand, and Boxsets
The box is attached to the Wifi via a cable and the problem appears to be intermitent doesnt happen all the time but happens enough to be a problem
We pay for SKY movies and cannot access anything, at times, on the supposed ON DEMAND service - constantly getting the V202 error saying that either the program or film is unavailable
Paying alot of money for a service that we cannot obtain seems unacceptable and having been customers of Virgin Media for 10 years we want this problem resolved asap or some compensation deducted off our bill for the lack of service we are being provided.
