Broken V Box - need a new one

My additional V box has broken  - no power to it - tried changing power cable no help - it just won't switch on - I need to tell someone that it needs replacing - the phone 150 just keeps taking me to automated we will check your line - I know the line is ok it's the box itself not working at all etc - I want to talk to someone - how do I get to talk to a person?
