There are 2 things you can try which is to either:
* Reboot the box.
* Carry out a service connection via: HOME > HELP & SETTINGS > SETTINGS > NETWORK > CONNECT TO MY VIRGIN MEDIA SERVICE NOW.
This is a process that generally takes a few minutes to go through but can take up to 40 minutes in all.
It may not fix the issue but it's always worth a try. If this doesn't work then just give us a shout and we can send any necessary updates to your box for you to correct the error.
