Yesterday, at 9am, my broadband went down. I phoned and booked an engineer, but they can't come until Thursday.
This evening, my tv service also went down - the tivo box is stuck at "starting up".
When we phoned, we were told that this was cable problem in our local area affecting both tv and broadband. Yet, when I check the service status online, there is no mention of this problem.
We were told on the phone that this would be fixed "by midnight". Can someone confirm that that is the case, or are we being spun a line to get us off the phone?
