Very sorry about the late reply we're very busy at the moment and trying to reply to everyone the best we can. Like BenD_H has mentioned we would need to know which programs are missing right now so we can raise them for you individually. I can see by the notes that some of these programs were already raised and closed as resolved so then we just need to confirm whether they're back for you.
Unfortunately we don't know which ones are missing until they are reported to us because not everyone is always affected in the same way. It could be a regional issue, national issue or down to the box itself. Until we're made aware of the fault that's when we can investigate it to make sure it should be there and replicate it so we can raise it as an outage.
If there is anything missing right now please let me know and I will investigate it immediately, raise it if it's a fault and keep you updated on any fix times etc.
