Our TiVo box rebooted about 40 mins ago without any input from us, after it came back on we had the "Sorry there seems to be a problem, dial 150 " message bouncing around the screen. I rebooted the box again manually and initially thought the problem had gone, but it soon came back. I can access the channels via TV Anywhere or the appropriate Sky app on my iPad.
VM replaced my tivo box some months ago , we had a lot of screen interference.we have had this issue before and it was eventually resolved by VM tech staff.
