To add to my previous comment I have been away but my wife not being technical assumed it was a subscription issue but the issue has not resolved it has now been a full month I have not had on demand the second box is where my two year old daughter can watch her programmes the main reason I stayed with virgin was to have this facility as far as I see it I have just paid £70 and not received my services though I doubt I will get any of that back it now states a permanent code 1068 when you attempt to watch anything on demand the tech team altered some settings when I rang but did not correct it decided box was faulty attempted to send out a box on self install which I requested as I am very technical and fitting a box would not be a issue this was not possible a engineer was booked who spent 30 seconds looking at the box stated I had bigger problems than that that were based at main box a hour later and a booster now plugged in to drain more electric which is connected to my incoming connector downstairs and as I said I now have the same problem still as well as my TiVo box running slow and hanging so lozoks like I will have to ring and go through it all again greeeeeaaaat
