hi i would like to know why my bill is a different price every month even though i have had no movies or extra channels added etc.it can be 104 pounds one month then 98 pounds the next then 96 or 108?????? why is this happening?? why also does the automated service ask for one amount then if you speak to someone to pay it could be 20 pound or more than the original price and they cant tell us why that is just that we have to pay it or it wont get switched back on ???? : (
