Same here, I'm in S-O-T too. Stuck on 'Starting up......' screen.
Good job I've got internet, freesat and ipad working. Same happened last month but lost internet too then, was I **bleep**ed.
Changed from Sky 6 months ago, wish I hadn't now as been charged wrong each month I've been with them and they still haven't sorted it out. So not happy
