Same issue here, been off for at least 90 minutes now. BB5 area. This is the third time in 2 weeks. I am ringing to cancel tomorrow as their service price is rising again 1 November. I had always had a loyalty discount off them too, and the last guy I spoke to wouldn't even apply that, so had enough now. Being housebound I need a reliable service.
same here also about fault status in my area, it shows as no fault! Someone needs to change that status to Regional fault detected.
