SAME IN STOKE ON TRENT.. virgin is getting ridiculously bad.. you cannot even get tech help after midnight, sky, bt , talk talk all have 24 hour help.. virgin does not.. i guess they avoid 24 hour help.. as it keeps the number of registered complaints down.. that.s why they claim they are number 1 for the fewest complaints about their **bleep** svice
