Help !
My TV and Broadband service has recently been hit, and when trying to report the issue via 150 or the 0345 number, I keep on getting "cut off" in the queue after 10 mins ... any ideas on how to report the service is down as I'm stuffed !
... by the way, only had Virgin media for just on one week .. phone service had a problem with incoming calls for 3 days, and now this .... does not bode well ! ...
