it will not work on fire tv / fire tv stick. I very much doubt that it will run on android TV, even if sideloaded. those tVs are designed to run only what is in their own app store or built-in.
Also, the TV anywhere app expects a touch screen interface. so even if you somehow sideload it you'd have no controls !
