In regards to the star ratings, the reviews are customer based so if no one has left a review then it will show blank until someone does. I understand it's helpful when searching for a film to see how many stars people have given them but if the film you're interested in hasn't been left any reviews then there are many other sources online where you'll be able to find out more about the film you're interested in watching. Apologies for the inconvenience and I hope you enjoy watching our films.
