Virgin TV's has just gone down in our area - no notification - only reset your box and a telephone announcement eventually saying engineer working on the problem - should be fixed by 8.55 - my TiVo box keeps going wrong and my service is stopped from time to time - no one to talk to, no apology - nothing. I've still got about a year to go on this contract. Is this acceptable and if so is it the generally accepted behaviour and service that is expected of Virgin?
