I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble watching this episode of the Formula 1 highlights.
I was able to find this by following using the TiVo® service:
HOME > SEARCH & BROWSE > TYPED IN 'FORMULA' THEN SELECTED 'FORMULA 1 MOTOR RACING' > EPISODE GUIDE 2016 > SELECTED MONACO GRANDPRIX: HIGHLIGHTS.
I was able to play this from there.
If I did use a V+ service then I was able to replicate the issue so I will get this raised for you to our fault teams.
Would you mind confirming if you have a V+ or TiVo® box please?
