I'm sorry to hear that you're having a slow experience with the TiVo® so far, this isn't good to hear.  I'd like to know more about what's running slowly and try and check for any possible underlying issues that may be slowing things down unnecessarily if that's ok?

Can you please get back to me with the following information:

* Can you please advise what’s running slow? Changing channel, menu navigation, Ordering On Demand, Using Apps?

* Is it slow every time you use the service or do you find it happens more so at certain times of the day?

* If you reboot the TiVo®, do you see any immediate improvement in the speed?

If you can let me know I can check further for you.  I look forward to hearing from you.
