Welcome to the device settings club. Drives me crazy to be honest. Everytime my browser is updated or new operating system updated i get device settings reached. Am here as I speak having to watch football yet again on a mobile device with a pair of reading glasses.
Really thinking of going over to sky now.
You need to keep posting in the forums and hope that an admin picks you up and rectifies it for you.
